Future Developer's vision is to give ordinary people the chance to have an extraordinary career, a career in what is widely believed to be the next essential trade. Our challenge was to create a brand and website that was approachable but not patronising and packed full of ‘empathy', the brand essence we established early on in the process. Our initial thinking was to avoid the trap of being too literal but through collaborative creative exploration we found that being literal and using the common coding symbols to strengthen the brand message was exactly the <right> //thing <to do>.
