We are looking for someone, a great Project Manager, who thinks the same way as us. So enough of the waffle, here’s the job spec:
Accomplished at delivering digital and print design projects, ensuring timely execution (with support from both Senior Account Manager and Head of Design), on budget and to the highest possible standards.
Strong web/digital experience is an absolute must. Experience in print media, with a full understanding of a UCD (User Centered Design) process is good to have but not essential
Have very strong written and verbal communication skills. Happy communicating internally with the team as well as with clients
A critical thinker able to identify any patterns of project failures and proactive in finding solutions to avoid these issues arising in future projects
A proactive problem solver and planner who is always thinking ahead. Calm, organised and flexible under pressure, you can manage multiple streams of work at once, to a consistently high standard and tight deadlines
Deep knowledge of the different types of digital projects and key processes
Commercially astute. You will know where money is made and lost on projects and ensure that every project is delivered with a healthy margin
“Sweating the small stuff’. Knowing that’s where the difference can be made between a satisfied client and a delighted client
Project Radar - know what’s coming up and proactively plan for it. Liaising with the Senior Account Manager and the CEO. You will always know what’s coming up in the next 3 months and be able to proactively plan for it. Helping us to plan the plannable and accomodate the unplanned work
Support growth-hacking, insight and innovation initiatives
Have a kaizen approach to process ensuring that better never stops
Manage correspondence such as meeting debriefs and project feedback with the utmost importance
Work alongside Creative team to ensure creative integrity is maintained throughout project
Ensuring all key project milestones are met and ensuring client sign off at each stage is obtained
Before an SOW or project estimate has been defined, you will have collaborated with all the key members of the project team to understand what the project needs to ensure it’s successfully delivered on time and on budget whilst mitigating any risks along the way
Your SOWs will be easy to understand and your associated estimates will convey the value that Huddle is delivering to the client.
Constant monitoring and tracking of all projects and project finances to ensure that any problems are spotted before they become issues.
Responsible for QA and QC of all projects before they leave the agency.
Define project steps, tasks and requirements. Responsible for writing SOW’s & Design specification documents (including any additional technical specifications)
Timing plan creation, monitoring and updating
